LSTracks Categories
Categories are used exclusively for multitracks. After all, a multitrack is a route that is part of a number of routes, for example, in multi-day events. Suppose an event called "Summertour" is organized every summer in the last week of
June, then this category is almost automatically called
"Summertour"
The category is a mandatory field and in this example we call it: "summertour".
The directory is a mandatory field because it must be created as a subdirectory of "mtracks". To keep it clear, it is useful to call the directory "summertour". The routes will then be saved in the directory: "lstracks/mtracks/summertour". Note that folder names consist exclusively of lowercase letters.
The logo is an image that is used for the "summertour" event. In the LSTracks configuration you can specify the size (width) of the image. The logo is stored in the directory "lstracks/images".
The "Summertour" can be described in detail in the description. For personal use or for publication on the website. You can turn this option on or off in the settings of the relevant Joomla menu item.
The note can provide information to specific member groups. You can specify which member groups will see this note in the relevant Joomla menu item. Here you can also specify whether you want to show the note at all or use it exclusively for personal information.
